KrishnaPriya Gaushala Kinwat

The Concept of Pure Service

About Gaushala

The KrishnaPriya Gaushala multipurpose institution is not merely a cowshed; it is a sacred place of pure emotions and inspiration for selfless service. Situated in Kinwat, Maharashtra, this institution is rooted in the belief that “a cow is not just an object of utility, but Gomata – the revered mother.” The work of our gaushala is not limited to rearing cows or using them for economic gain. Rather, it is a living expression of respect, devotion, and dedication toward cows.

Our Motive

Every cow that comes here is regarded as Gomata. With this feeling at the center, we never exploit them in any way. In our gaushala, no cow’s udder is ever touched to extract milk, because we believe that cow’s milk is a sacred and natural source reserved for her calf. Its purpose is only for her baby – not for humans. Therefore, no dairy production is carried out here and no commercial motive is pursued.

Medical Services

Often in such gaushalas, only milking cows are kept. But in our gaushala, there is no such restriction. We shelter a greater number of elderly, disabled, blind, accident-affected, sick, and abandoned cows. For their treatment, we provide veterinary care, medicines, Ayurvedic remedies, and immense affection – giving them the strength to live again. They are regularly given proper food, water, shelter, and the loving touch of care.

Objective

The objective of KrishnaPriya Gaushala is to ensure that these cows live with dignity until the natural end of their lives. To save them from exploitation and allow them to live a peaceful and honorable life is our true spirit of service. Serving cows is not just a social activity for us – it is a spiritual practice. Through this service, we promote the values of compassion, sensitivity, and harmony with nature in society.

Our Pledge

We do not run any business, sell any products, or take any financial benefit from the gaushala. Our service is completely selfless. Therefore, for such service to run successfully, it is essential that sensitive and religious-minded individuals from society come forward to support it. The KrishnaPriya Gaushala pledge – for the honor of cows, and for their natural, harmonious, and ideal life – awaits your cooperation.
