The Eternal Stream of Yajna – The Identity of Our Gaushala

Within the premises of KrishnaPriya Gaushala Multi-Purpose Trust, there exists a special sacred fire altar (yajna-kunda), which remains lit continuously, 24 hours a day. Every day, an Agnihotra is performed here using cow dung and various medicinal herbs. This Agnihotra is not merely a religious ritual but a deeply effective and scientific process that fills the entire Gaushala atmosphere with purity, positivity, and spiritual energy.
Because of this eternal stream of yajna, an atmosphere of peace and serenity always prevails in the Gaushala. Not only humans, but even the health of the cows benefits from the subtle particles, sacred smoke, and fragrance that emerge from the yajna. As described in many Ayurvedic scriptures, the vapors and purified air generated from yajna increase immunity. Therefore, in our Gaushala, aged, lame, or blind animals—whether buffaloes, cows, or calves—clearly show positive effects of this yajna practice.
Our Yajna-kunda
This environment acts as a life-giving force not just for their bodies but also for their mental well-being. Just as one feels calmness and contentment in a meditative setting, a similar change is distinctly visible in the behavior and health of the cows in our Gaushala. Their sounds, movements, eating habits, and overall behavior reflect a sense of deep satisfaction.
This is the true identity of our Gaushala — a place where cow service is not merely a ritual but a beautiful confluence of faith, science, and spirituality. And at the very center of this confluence lies the eternal yajna-kunda.
Because of this, the environment of KrishnaPriya Gaushala is always filled with sacredness, positivity, and spiritual energy.
